'Capturing Light': a journey through the soul of the Span...
During the session, I will guide you through my work in which capturing light plays a central role. I will pay thoroughly attention to the technique I use, which is in line with that of classical master painters of the Golden Age such as Rembrandt, Velázquez and Ribera. The multiple layers –at least 15- of transparent paint and relief in the paint skin provide the depth that is so characteristic of my still lifes.
