After my studies in Psychology and Human Rights, I worked in Cameroon and discover my passion for cacao while I was there. I returned back to the Netherlands, I wanted to bridge the gap between the farmer and the chocolate consumer. I started working on several sustainability projects in cacao. My aim is to show how you taste chocolate mindfully. You will notice that chocolate is so complex in flavors. In every tasting I give I always include a part about the history of cacao and chocolate. I also want to inform people how they can have a positive impact to the issues in the supply chain.
